Delete your account and data

You can delete your Hearth account and the data associated with it — no phone calls, no retention offers, no guilt.

From the app (fastest)

Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, reflections, conversations, and memory facts from Hearth's systems.

Without the app

Email support@hearthmarriage.com from the address or with the account details you signed up with, subject line "Delete my account." We verify it's really you, then delete the account and confirm by reply. (A one-click deletion form will live on this page when the app launches; this email path works the whole time.)

What deletion covers

Deletion removes your account and content from Hearth's production systems, with backups aging out on the schedule stated in the privacy policy, which also explains vendor retention honestly — we never promise "deleted everywhere instantly."
